Privacy policy
A showcase site with no accounts, no tracking and no cookie banner. This page explains why, and what we do with the information you send us.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This page describes exactly what this site does with your information. It is short because the site is short too: it is a static showcase site, with no accounts, no database and no tracking tool.
What this site does not do
- No audience measurement, no analytics tool, no traffic dashboard.
- No advertising and no advertising tracker.
- No video, no chat widget and no social button loaded from another server. The one exception is the map on the Contact page, described below.
- The fonts are hosted on our own server; they call no outside service.
In other words, apart from the map on the Contact page, browsing this site sends your information to nobody.
The map on the Contact page
The Contact page shows a Google Maps map so you can find our office. When that map loads, your browser connects to Google's servers: Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). No other page of this site loads anything from Google.
What this site stores in your browser
When you choose a language, it is remembered in your browser under the key
preferredLocale, so that you are not asked the question again on every visit.
That record stays on your device, is sent to no server, and disappears if you
clear the site data.
This site itself sets no audience measurement or advertising cookie, and remembering the language is strictly necessary for the service you asked for. Any cookies set by the Google Maps map are Google's.
The contact form
When you send the form on the Contact page, the information you enter (your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your profile, the destination you have in mind and your message) is sent to our team by email, so that we can reply to you. It is neither published nor used for anything else.
If you choose WhatsApp instead, the form puts your message together and opens the app on your own device: nothing reaches us until you send it yourself.
What we process when you write to us
If you contact us through the form, by WhatsApp, by email or by telephone, we process what you choose to send us: your name, your contact details, your study plans and, where applicable, the documents in your file.
- Why: to answer your request, prepare your file and follow your project through.
- On what basis: your own approach to us, and the performance of the support you entrust to us.
- For how long: as long as is needed to follow your project, then deletion at your request.
- With whom: your information is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred. A document from your file is passed on to an institution, a landlord or a public administration only when your own application requires it and you ask us to.
Technical logs of the hosting provider
Like any site, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps connection logs, needed for security and for diagnosing failures. IP addresses are truncated before being written, so that they cannot identify you. These logs are used neither for audience measurement nor for profiling.
The Success Study platform
Student, parent, university and landlord accounts are not hosted on this site: they live on the Success Study platform, which is a separate service. Creating an account, the data entered there and how long it is kept fall under the privacy policy of that platform, which is shown to you when you sign up.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to the information you have sent us, for it to be corrected or for it to be deleted. Write to us at
[email protected], or by post to 10 Av Slimane Ben Slimane, Résidence Diar el Ons, App J5D, 2092 El Manar 2, Tunis, Tunisie. We answer every deletion request and confirm once it has been carried out.
Updates to this page
If we ever add audience measurement, a chat widget or other embedded third-party content, this page will be updated before they are switched on, and a consent mechanism will be put in place if the law requires it.
